Dr. Lakshmi Mudunuri
Dr. Lakshmi Mudunuri is a dedicated and compassionate doctor with a strong focus on women’s health. With over 18 years of experience in Australia, Dr. Mudunuri has built a reputation for providing high-quality, personalized care, especially in areas such as contraceptive management and gynecological services, including the insertion and removal of the Mirena IUD.
Dr. Mudunuri began her medical career in India, where she completed her medical degree. After moving to Australia, she continued her education and training to adapt her expertise to Australian healthcare standards. Over the years, she has become a trusted healthcare provider for women of all ages, guiding her patients through important health decisions and offering support in navigating their individual healthcare needs.
Her expertise extends to a wide range of women’s health concerns, including family planning, hormonal health, menstrual disorders, and menopause management.
When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Mudunuri enjoys spending time with her two children and has a passion for cooking. She loves experimenting with new recipes and finds joy in creating meals for her family.
Dr. Mudunuri values open communication with her patients and is committed to creating a comfortable environment where women feel heard, supported, and empowered to make informed decisions about their health.
Dr. Anand Peddireddy
Dr. Anand Peddireddy is a dedicated and compassionate general practitioner with over a decade of experience in medicine. Originally from India, Dr. Peddireddy began his medical education there before moving to the United Kingdom to complete his studies. After finishing his training, Dr. Peddireddy relocated to Australia, where he has been practicing for the past 8 years.
With a broad background in general practice, Dr. Peddireddy takes a holistic approach to patient care, focusing on building strong, trusting relationships with his patients and addressing their health concerns with thoroughness and empathy. His experience spans a wide range of medical conditions, and he is committed to providing the highest standard of care to people of all ages.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Peddireddy enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his family. He is the proud father of two children, and in his spare time, he enjoys staying active and keeping up with the latest advancements in medical practice.

Dr. Sudhir Mudunuri
Dr Sudhir Mudunuri (Dr Sudhir) is an experienced Australian based General Practitioner.
He graduated from Medical School in India in 2001 and pursued further training in England in various medical specialities including Emergency Medicine. He completed his Specialist Training in General Practice from Royal College of General Practitioners UK in 2013 and was awarded MRCGP.
He subsequently moved to Aussie land along with his family after being recognised as Specialist in General Practice and was awarded FRACGP by Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Over the last 9 years he worked in rural Kyogle NSW where he could care for his patients in General Practice and also attend to them during Emergencies in local Emergency Department. He enjoys the continuity of care.
He is moving to Ipswich area to care for the people in need and also to live close to his family.
Dr Sudhir is experienced in day to day General Practice presentations along with Chronic Disease Management, minor skin surgery and stresses the importance of continuity of care.
Dr Sudhir is a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME) and is an Authorised Health Professional for Rail Workers (Cat 1,2 and 3).
He also completed Monash Certificate in Clinical Occupational Medicine 2020. He is hoping to pursue post graduate studies in Occupational Medicine.
Dr Sudhir has special interest in Musculoskeletal Medicine and is currently working towards a Certificate of Musculoskeletal Medicine (AAMM).
Dr Sudhir is fluent in English, Telugu (Mother Tongue), Hindi and Kannada.
Dr Sudhir enjoys playing tennis/badminton and loves spending time with his family (wife and 2 daughters).
Dr. Sudhir Mudunuri also performs pre-employment medicals and Cassa medicals.
Dr Venkata Rama Krishan Ravula
Dr. Rama has a special medical interest in Skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, with additional training in this area. He is particularly dedicated to conducting thorough skin cancer checks, excising skin lumps and bumps, and performing skin cancer excisions to ensure his patients receive the best possible care.
Dr. Rama is a passionate and experienced medical expert being a doctor for more than 20yrs. Migrated from India in 2008, he has since gained extensive knowledge and expertise in emergency medicine, general surgery, and orthopaedic conditions. As a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, he has a deep commitment to patient care and takes pride in his ability to manage chronic diseases, men’s health, musculo-skeletal disorders, and emergency conditions.
In addition, he has a special interest in the care of the elderly, providing compassionate and attentive treatment to this population.
Dr. Rama is a devoted family man, married with three children, and has a hobby in photography. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu, he is committed to providing his patients with clear and effective communication, ensuring that they are well-informed about their health and treatment options.
Dr Bruce Scott Pleash

Dr Bruce Pleash is a highly experienced GP with over 30 years of dedicated service to the Ipswich community. He graduated from the University of Queensland in 1985 and completed his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1991.
Throughout his career, Dr Pleash has held various roles including Resident Medical Officer at Ipswich General Hospital, GP in regional practices, and owner of the West Ipswich Centre for over two decades. Most recently, he has been a trusted GP at SmartClinics Ipswich before joining the team at Silkstone Doctors.
His areas of interest include family medicine, chronic disease management, skin cancer checks and minor procedures, mental health, and men’s health. Patients value his approachable nature, clinical excellence, and commitment to ongoing, personalised care.
Outside of work, Dr Pleash enjoys mountain biking, bushwalking, tennis, golf, and spending time with his wife of 35 years and their three adult sons. His active lifestyle and community values align with his holistic approach to patient wellbeing.

Dr Chathura Kahawala

Dr Chathura Kahawala is a dedicated and compassionate GP with over a decade of experience delivering high-quality care to Australian communities. Originally from Sri Lanka, he completed his medical degree in 2004 and moved to Australia in 2010, gaining Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
Dr Kahawala is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centred care for individuals and families at all stages of life. His clinical interests span across chronic disease management, men’s and women’s health, antenatal and postnatal care, children’s health, and geriatric medicine. He is also experienced in minor surgical procedures, diabetes care, asthma and COPD management, iron infusions, immunisations and travel vaccinations, and WorkCover consultations.
Known for his approachable nature and evidence-based care, Dr Kahawala fosters a warm and respectful environment where patients feel heard and supported. He is fluent in English and prides himself on building long-term, trusting relationships with his patients.
Outside of the clinic, Dr Kahawala enjoys staying active and spending quality time with his family.

Laura is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over 8 years of experience in General Practice nursing. With a strong background in wound care, immunizations, women’s health, and chronic disease management, Laura brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
A Certified Nurse Immuniser and Cervical Screen Provider, Laura is deeply committed to promoting preventive health and empowering patients to take control of their well-being. She is also skilled in advanced wound care practices and has received specialized training in cannulation, ensuring the highest standard of care for her patients.
Known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach, Laura builds lasting relationships with her patients, providing support and education for a wide range of health concerns. Whether addressing acute conditions or supporting long-term health management, Laura’s focus is always on achieving the best outcomes through collaboration and trust.
Outside of her professional work, Laura enjoys cooking, reading, gardening, and hiking. Allanah Craven
Allanah Craven is an experienced and dedicated Office Manager with over six years of experience in general practice. In addition to her role as Office Manager, Allanah is a qualified Enrolled Nurse, bringing a unique blend of healthcare expertise and operational insight to her position.
Allanah’s leadership style focuses on creating a positive work environment where team members are motivated and clearly understand their roles. By fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, she ensures that both staff and patients feel valued, contributing to the overall success of the practice.
